The Web Presence Project TERMS OF SERVICE / CUSTOMER AGREEMENT
(Hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”,”Our Terms” or “Terms of Service”)

Read the following carefully, as your purchase of blocks or any of our service implies that you have read and accepted the Terms of Service. (We reserve the right to change or modify current Terms of Service with no prior notice.)

The Web Presence Project, (hereafter referred to as Web Presence, site, or Website) is owned and operated by diverse team of individuals and investors (hereinafter referred to as Team, We, or Us). Please carefully read, review and be sure you understand our Terms of Service prior to purchasing web presence service as your purchase or use of any of the web presence services identifies that you agree to the following Term of Service and that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions accordingly. If you do not agree to these terms then we cannot help you and we advice you do not purchase/request for any of our service.

Payments

Payments are handled through PayPal or Bank Transfer (UK Resident only). We won’t ask you until you are completely satisfied with our services, this is not limited to the layout, style, images, colour management, fonts e.t.c.) Once payment has been made refund cannot be issued which you are responsible for understanding upon payment for our services.

Virtual Services, Refund Policy & Modifications

All our open source plugins used are licensed under the GNU general public license. This does not mean our services are free. We only provide our customers with services requested based on an agreed terms. One of our services such as incorporation of themes, plugging, web development, revamp, domain setup, hosting plan are available upon request.

The Web Presence Project provides also provides services that are in digital media (software) that can be downloaded instantly after a purchase has been made or installed on your behalf hence once payment has been made – refund cannot be issued. There is no “trial” or “grace period” after payment which means all sales are final. Once our services have been rendered, there is no way to “return” it. Note: Digital products and services are non-refundable.

You are free to make any changes and/or modifications to our products to suit your needs. This includes all PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS files installed/provided during our services. Please note, that once you make changes to our products, we cannot be held responsible for errors and bugs that come as a result.
Our products and services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall the web presence project be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

After we have successfully received your payment, your services will commence depending on the extent of work – this will take about 24hours to 2 weeks for completion.

I will be providing solutions to this specific request

1. Could you fix an issiue with the Search box application that you implementet on my site?
It is working like a charm, there is only one problem: Now then I got more than 1 page in search results for some categories, it won’t display from page 2 etc., displays only page 1.
It happens only when searching by
category from the drop down. An example: if you do a search for category Remodeling/Carpenters/Handyman, there are 3 pages with results, but only 1th displays, from page 2: “No listings found”.

2. Could you please at the same time implement randomized order of search results? The site is now a Contractor Directory and a random order of search results is desired to not favor the newest listings and to give all the same chance to appear on the 1th page in search results.

3. If you also could change the links in “web site” field in the forms
from no-follow to do-follow, it will be all. Please this one only if dofollow will not hurt my site’s SEO a lot. If it does, then please skip this.
